Actor-Based Change Workshop: Practical Tools for Tackling Complex Systems
About the Workshop
Traditional theories of change often look neat on paper but fail in practice. The Actor-Based Change (ABC) Framework was created to fix that - putting the focus on the people and organisations whose behaviours actually drive change.
Since its publication in the American Journal of Evaluation, the framework has been applied to programs worldwide - from youth employment in Tunisia, to strengthening cybersecurity in Europe, to improving health services in Pakistan.
This is the first time the co-creators, Andrew Koleros and Mark Oldenbeuving, are teaching together in person.
