Actor-Based Change Workshop: Practical Tools for Tackling Complex Systems

£500.00
sold out

About the Workshop

Traditional theories of change often look neat on paper but fail in practice. The Actor-Based Change (ABC) Framework was created to fix that - putting the focus on the people and organisations whose behaviours actually drive change.

Since its publication in the American Journal of Evaluation, the framework has been applied to programs worldwide - from youth employment in Tunisia, to strengthening cybersecurity in Europe, to improving health services in Pakistan.

This is the first time the co-creators, Andrew Koleros and Mark Oldenbeuving, are teaching together in person.

What You’ll Gain

  • A full-day immersive workshop with both creators

  • Practical tools and templates you can apply immediately

  • Guided work on your own program challenges

  • Networking lunch and breaks with peers

  • Follow-up support to help embed learning after the event

Who It’s For

Practitioners, evaluators, and program managers who:

  • Work on complex social challenges

  • Want systems approaches that are practical, not abstract

  • Have found traditional frameworks limiting

  • Bring some program/evaluation experience (not a beginner’s intro)
